The binding agreement between you and Nexus Capital.
By registering an account and deploying capital into the Nexus Capital ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You confirm that you are of legal age and meet the jurisdictional requirements to participate in digital asset investments.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any transaction executed from your authenticated account is considered final and legally binding. Nexus Capital reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of malicious activity.
Nexus Capital charges a management fee and a performance fee on generated yield. These fees are dynamically calculated and automatically deducted during the liquidation process. All fee structures are clearly displayed on the user dashboard prior to capital deployment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Capital is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration before seeking traditional legal litigation.
